Unwinding Playlist - Dynamic Morning Meditation

This one-hour playlist is a dynamic meditation to start your day with freshness and flow. It supports you to unwind, release tension, and hydrate your fascia. The journey has 4 phases, each around 15 minutes:

  1. Shake: Inspired by Osho’s Kundalini meditation: keep your knees soft and bent, bounce from your feet, and let the shake ripple through your whole body. Allow the movement to spread naturally until every part of you is vibrating and alive.
  2. Unwind: Move slowly, gently, and intuitively. Let your body release tension layer by layer, as if melting from the inside. It is a stretching in motion, be like a cat in the morning. You can change position and use all the space around you.
  3. Dance to Celebrate: Surrender to the rhythm and let the music dance you. Allow joy and freedom to move through your body.
  4. Meditate in Stillness: Sit or lie down in silence, relax deeply, and rest in presence.

This playlist is an invitation to begin the day connected, alive, and at ease in your body.

If you are short in time, you can use only one song for stage 2 and stage 3, reduce the shaking to 10’ and meditate for 5’. Enjoy!
