    Somatic Experiencing® is a powerful, body-led approach to working with trauma and nervous system dysregulation. It’s not about talking through your story. It’s not about digging into the past. It’s about listening to what your body is still holding gently, without pushing and allowing what was once interrupted to complete itself.

    This work isn’t linear. It’s intuitive. It’s quiet. It’s subtle. And it’s deep.

    In an SE session, we follow the natural intelligence of your system your breath, your impulses, your sensations. We slow things down so that your body can start to feel again, safely. We learn how to be with discomfort without getting lost in it, how to come back when we’ve gone too far, how to build a felt sense of safety from the inside out.

    And yes, we do this online.

    In fact, working online can be incredibly powerful. You’re in your own space, your home, your blanket, your tea, your breath. Your body doesn’t have to navigate a new environment or hold a mask. You get to soften into the work without performance, without needing to “do it right.” That alone is regulation. That alone is healing.

    Jungian Coaching invites you into a deeper dialogue with your inner world.
