let s talk about coherence

Coherence is the natural state of being where MIND, BODY, and HEART are aligned.

They work as a perfect team: sam speed, same direction and vision. And you know when you are in that state: you feel in balance and what happens outside doesn't change this state.

But when we face trauma, we disconnect from our coherence, we fragmented. the team is not able to work together anymore: hart is in pain, mind is scared and body freezes.

It is not your fault, it is you nervous system that it is trying to do its job, to protect you.

The good news is that coherence is never lost and with our somatic experiencing session, slowly and patiently, we allow the nerves system to call back all the fragments and to get in touch with coherence again.
